Advising Due Dates
Friday, January 31st - Change of Major forms for all newly admitted HS Majors
Friday, April 11, 2014 - Fall 2014 Graduation Application due to the Department
Friday, April 11th - Substitution forms (and any other necessary paperwork) for Spring 2014 graduates
The Spring 2014 Advising schedule is nearly finalized and you will have several options for getting the academic planning help that you need. Your advising options will include Peer Advising (beginning next week), Group Advising (available throughout the semester), and meeting with an advisor (drop-in and scheduled appointments are available throughout the semester). See the Spring 2014 advising schedule (will be updated as locations are finalized).

Thursday, April 17th - 6-8 PM - Health Services Administration Mixer and Professional Panel
Monday, April 21st (~5:30 PM) - Sexual Diversity Event

University Dates
Monday, January 20th - campus closed - MLK day
Thursday, January 23rd - First day of Spring 2014 Classes
Thursday, January 23rd - Tuesday, February 11 - Late registration period for spring 2014
Tuesday, February 4th - last day to drop without a "W"
Tuesday, February 11th - last day to add, last day for CR/NC petition, last day for instructor drops
Monday, March 24-Friday, March 28 - Spring Break
Monday, March 31 - Cesar Chavez Day - No Classes
Tuesday, April 22 - Last day to withdraw for spring
Tuesday, May 13 - Last day of Spring class instruction
Thursday, May 15 - Final exams begin (see schedule)
Saturday, May 24 - University Commencement Ceremony
