The application for SJSU students who want to apply to the Health Science major for Fall 2014 is available from now through June 6th. The application is online and open to all current SJSU students who have completed at least 12 units on campus. Spring 2014 grades are required in the calculation, so please be sure you are using your most current and up-to-date transcript for GPA calculations. Academic standing will be available next Thursday, June 5th. If you submit this application prior, you will have to calculate your own GPA that includes your Spring 2014 grades.
